New Season

It has been a while and for that I apologize! We will be having our parent's meeting this evening in room E160 at 7:00pm. Then starting tomorrow morning at 8:00am we begin our summer training. We will meet at the doors on the north-east side of the building. If you are not able to make it to the parents meeting PLEASE come see Coach Robison ASAP so he can get you all the information. Team Running Log Website

I mentioned to some of you last week at camp that we are going to start using an online running log as a team so that I can track your mileage and you can know how much you are doing. This will help us in a few ways, first off we can see if you are doing too much/not enough. Second it will help us see maybe why we got injured (too much of one thing or another). Third it will be a great way for me as a coach to get announcements out to you quickly. So please go onto www.running2win.com and register. After you have registered you will be able to click on an icon on the right hand column that says "join a team." Once there type in T-34715105308-12 and select join. Please do so ASAP so we can start tracking our mileage. Thanks!

Spirit Pack

The spirit pack gear has been ordered so that can now be paid for at the finance office. The spirit pack includes a nice dri-fit material shirt and a pair of shorts of similar fabric that will be screened with Westlake Cross Country on them. I have tried to keep cost down as low as I could and this will only cost $30. Additionally those who are new to Westlake this year can purchase the Athletic Warm-ups that are used by all of the sports, for $78 dollars. Those that bought these last year are welcome to buy new ones, but that definitely is not necessary. The gear will be handed out as soon as we get it which I am hoping will be right before our meet on August 25th. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication this summer! It's going to be a great season!!!
